So here is Dave’s comments about what happened. Released by the psycho bitch who used to write for his blog that made fun of a cancer victim shaving her head but it is what it is. I will say people in the sports community especially the whiny ones like skating and gym take everyone comments out of context. And they don’t care. I see people calling him racist which he has never been. He’s bent over backwards to be politically correct on most subjects.

I think you need to be signed in to see this video but it’s Dave Lease from the Skating lesson poorly trying to articulate a point about the skaters who died in the plane crash. I am not one to defend Dave. This is the man who made fun of Shannon Miller for shaving her head and I only have this video to go on but I think the point he was trying to make was that that not all the skaters at this class were going to become elite skaters. That is actually a fact. But where he got in trouble was mentioning the families and basically money. Anyway he deleted his social media. I wonder if he will show up for Worlds. A bunch of skaters have denounced his comments but this video isn’t really enough proof for me to have an opinion on what was actually said. Hart of Dixie? What’s going on? Why does USFSA care about what some guy says? I also heard Alexe Giles posted this but I didn’t see it

I like both these gymnasts. I see the overscoring at times but like the US isn’t (Please, COUGH: Suni Lee” Cough, Jordan Chiles, COUGH, Every American not named Leanne Wong) but damn. Jessica would have saved us from the Chiles fake medal controversy by winning gold herself on floor last year and for that we cheer for all things Gadirova.
