Jay Z Covers New York Magazine’s “Annual Yesteryear Issue”

Young Jay Zgraces the cover of New York Magazine’s “Annual Yesteryear Issue,” one of eight covers featured for NY Mag’s music issue with other artists, Notorious B.I.G., Bob Dylan, and Frank Sinatra used tohighlight “100 Years of Pop Music in New York.”

The photo taken of Jay is from 1997, who was around 29 years old at that time. He’s wearing a Cincinnati Reds hat to match his red t-shirt, with a leather jacket pulled over it.
