January Update

A Happy New Year to all our followers!

Again, the turn of the year is marked by miserable, wet conditions. Unlike twelve months ago we still have stocks of apples remaining for those calling at Crapes and a range still available for our distributed  economy packs.

Our information, price list and order form has now reappeared!

Behind the scenes we have made use of a chance to hire equipment and facilities on a nearby  holding  to hand crush and pasteurise juice from our own apples. Pure apple juice with nothing added to it, a little cloudy depending on the varieties used. To date the two seasonal blends have included either Ribston Pippin or Sunset with Worcester Pearmain and Michaelmas Red. Each batch will vary.

We have a supply of Catillac cooking pears and also a few Medlars remaining.

The winter cabbages are slowly hearting, there are still leeks and a few Parsnips to come.
