Hitman Absolution

Gamings most infamous assassin will finally make his glorious return after a 5 year absence, and will see agent 47 being betrayed and consequently forced to flee any and all authority figures and many other disreputable criminals. Hitman Absolution looks divine, with environments playing a more integral role as you stealthily maneuver between dark and light to catch enemy’s unaware. Agent 47 himself is also looking especially menacing, and still equipped with his branded suite and tie combo, but now beyond all reasonable sence is also sporting a majestically astounding mullet to disguise his appearance from any potential foes (only joking), he’s still as bald as he is brutal. Like so many sequels, Hitman Absolution will see this installment taken in a darker direction, but still in keeping with the series comedic elements that has been the mainstay for the series. During one seen, Agent 47 unwittingly walks in on rather worse for ware individual, only to be offered a try on a bong (no idea what that is, cough) from the aforementioned stoner, the urge however proves to be too much for Agent 47 as he accepts this generous offer, before smashing it into the throat of an on coming enemy combatant.

The gameplay will retain the same tried and tested formula that has been one of the strongest foundations to every Hitman iteration, as you utilise the dark areas to sneak up on unsuspecting criminals or bludgeoning your foes to death with a granite bust, which ever takes your fancy. One of the more creative elements being implemented into Absolution is the ability to pin point enemy’s through walls and track people’s footprints, making Agent 47 that much more devious and deadly. But after such an extended absence, can Hitman still appeal to newer audiences as well as veterans to the series?
