Despite a rough year for the Pittsburgh Pirates, they will still win some hardware. Ke ‘Bryan Hayes won the 2023 Gold Glove award at third base. This is the first time in a decade that Nolan Arenado hasn’t won the award. This is quite the feat as it was a record for Arenado, who finished ahead of Hayes last year for the award.

It’s nice to see Hayes starting to become a good player in the Major Leagues to live up to his former top prospect status. Glad that he won the Gold Glove at third base.
