Every cook that I know loves kitchen gadgets. I certainly do (see my post of 9/19/2013, ‘Got Gadgets?‘)

So now, for your amusement and delight, I feature some photos of ‘vintage’ kitchen gadgets. If you can figure out what they are, you’re a better cook than I am (or a lot older!) Final question: has anyone ever heard of an ‘Egg Detector’? Thanks to Linda Campbell Franklin, I now know what it is! Hint: it’s not like a truffle detector (aka pig).
