Got Book Recs? Sat chat 5/10/25
Happy early Mother’s Day! I have seen all my kids this week, and it was wonderful! Tomorrow I will go see my parents and sister and keep the Mother’s Day Weekend flowing! I’ve been busy recording and editing videos this week (you can see the most recent uploads on my YouTube Channel) so I have plenty to post when I am on vacation later this month. I should be updating this blog more because I really appreciate the folks who choose to follow me this way, so my apologies for that. I’ll try to be better, anyway, here’s Sat Chat!
Books I’ve recently enjoyed:
The Midnight Feast by Lucy Foley (I also read The Hunting Party and The Guest List by her, and they were all very good if you like mysteries)
The Invisiable Life of Addie LaRue by VE Schwab *I forgot to mention this, but recently finished it, if you like The Night Circus or The Starless Sea, you will love this book!)
Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury *It is a quick read, and the audiobook is excellent, a classic!
Feel-good fave: Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistlestop Cafe by Fannie Flagg
What are your current faves? Let me know in the comments! Happy crafting!
