Glad for Gladiolas! In Watermedia!
Hi friends! I really love using my watercolor-filled fountain pens. I find them so fun and freeing to draw with. If I make a mistake I know I can just wash the line away on watercolor paper! It’s a great creative jumpstart! I enjoyed painting the daffodils so much last week that I decided to use that starting off point again and paint some gladiolas.

If you want more instruction you can find a real-time, narrated lesson for this up in Critique Club along with 5+ years of art lessons right at your fingertips. You will never want for an in-depth art lesson again! I add 2 new art classes and a creative prompt every month and you can share your work in the group for feedback from me, all for only $5 a month! We would love to have you as a member! Please enjoy the time-lapse version below:)
Supplies (affiliate links used)
Jinhao Shark Fountain pens (fine point, they are empty)
I also like these disposable pens filled with ink. They are an inexpensive way to get started.
Stamps: My stamps will be available from Craft Stash in May 2024
Feel free to substitute for other supplies you have in your stash. You could do the sketch in any water-based markers, even Crayola, so don’t let anything hold you back from creating. Happy crafting!
