Update:

JWU and TLU tied at 1-1 with JWU up in the third. Will this be JWU’s first win of the year?

First win and first SCAC win ever. Congrats JWU.

Colorado College won the first set against Trinity hitting 0.459. Both teams hitting well.

Trinity comes back to even the match at 1-1. Buckle up!

Colorado College takes set 3 by a wide margin. Trinity needs the next two sets.

Trinity wins set 4 and we are going to a 5th set. As it should be. Trinity with the win. Clear as mud in the West it seems.

Scores posted below except for the 9:00 a.m. starts. Use the links for scores as I have to do a very late update.

George Fox gets their first NWC win of the season. Redlands with their first SCIAC win of the season.

Puget Sound takes down Whitworth on the road in 5-sets. Biggest winner out of this match was Pacific Lutheran. Not often the Loggers help out the Lutes.

Whittier over La Verne and Chapman with the upset at Cal Lutheran and just to confirm the SCIAC is a messy messy place right now. No idea what is happening after CMS at the top.

Random Thoughts:

Half the SCAC play at University of Dallas today and tomorrow. The highlight match is Trinity / Colorado College. As I’m writing this, there is no video or live stats links. I hope that changes!

The rest of the SCAC matches and the ASC matches look to be pretty one-sided so, since I wrote this, expect upsets.

Puget Sound / Whitworth should be a good one. PLU at Whitman is an upset possibility. Chapman at Cal Lutheran is an important SCIAC match as is Whittier at La Verne.
