Friday, Oct. 25 Match Day!
Updates: It’s got to be getting late in the season when I’m forgetting to title a post.
No big surprises in the early matches. HSU was able to take a set off of UMHB.
Okay…sorry about that. But I do have to blame the SCIAC for not having sound on some of their matches last night and having the smart TV apps. I just fell asleep while watching.
So, George Fox seems to be having one of the better second halves of the season. They beat PLU in 4-sets.
Chapman just couldn’t get anything going against Cal Lu. The loss really hurts Chapman’s chances but we’ll see when the regional rankings come out next week.
I will say it’s a lot easier to update this site when all of the matches have been done for 7 hours.

Random Thoughts: LETU will see if they can upset UT-Dallas on their home court.
McMurry could use the win against Concordia but that doesn’t seem likely away.
Same goes for HSU but I think their wildcard spot is secure.
Pacific can’t get tripped up by Whitman as they get ready for their showdown with Whitworth.
Looking at an at-large bid, Chapman can’t afford a loss here at Cal Lutheran. This will be a tough win, however.
Senior day at CMS where we say goodbye to Phoebe Madsen, Lina Aluzi, Sarah Tritschler and Amanda Walker. The rest of the SCIAC is sure to be heartbroken over this. On the flip side, a win by Pomona-Pitzer would tighten up the race there.
