If you haven’t figured it out…I’m not at home right now. Late updates. Minimal comments. Lot less fun.

I watch a bit of the Southwestern/Austin College match on very slow WiFi where most of the points were repeated over and over and a number of points were missed due to the lag. It would have been a big win for the ‘Roos and a killer for the Pirates. In the end, we can just say that it was a very close match and the jury is still out on both teams as to whether they can get an at-large bid if they don’t win the conference title.

Pretty cool for Coach Jenkins on her 1000 win. That’s a lot of volleyball. Lots of crazy parents to deal with over the years. I just have to think that she feels very fortunate I was never a Trinity parent. 🙂 My gift to her.

HSU has now beaten UT-Dallas twice this year. Just a crazy year but great win for the Cowgirls.

The SCAC has two pods going. One today and tomorrow at Centenary and one just tomorrow at St. Thomas. Best match might be Austin College and Trinity. Both are undefeated in conference play. We really don’t know what Austin has this year based on their competition but we sure know about Trinity. The ‘Roos also get Southwestern today so we’ll know a lot more after today.

Sul Ross State at Concordia should be a good one. I keep waiting on Concordia to figure it out and it won’t surprise me if they take this. McMurry/LETU is another good one.

Late games from the SCIAC and NWC. Puget Sound/Whitworth will be a fun one. The Loggers struggled last week but will need to shake it off to win this one. Over in the SCIAC, I like the Cal Lu/Pomona-Pitzer match. Cal Lu is playing better but we see that Pomona-Pitzer has better statistics. No clue how this one ends.
