FOX THE FOX – Precious Little Diamond | Shep Pettibone Remix (2025)

“Precious Little Diamond” is a song by the Dutch band Fox the Fox, released in 1984. It remains their best-known track and an emblem of European synth-funk. The band’s music style combines funk, synth-pop, and touches of early electro, marked by sleek production, lush synthesizers, and soulful vocals. Fox the Fox was fronted by Bert Tamaela, and their sound stood out in the mid-1980s for merging American funk influences with European electronic sophistication. If there is a track titled “Precious Little Darling” circulating, it might be an unofficial remix or fan-made edit rather than a separate official release.
