Even More Costco Finds for Summer 2025

Summer seems to have no shortage of new treats (June/July 2025 Costco Deals); (More Costco Spring/Summer 2025 Items). Here are other new and/or limited items.

1. Brothers Ice Cream Junior Cones

One new item at Costco are these mini ice cream cones. Reviews compare them to the famous Trader Joe’s “Hold the Cones” but say they have a few key differences. These cones contain softer ice cream and are topped with a chocolate drizzle and sprinkles. The boxes at Costco contain 18 1.8-ounce cones.

These look great. I have never actually tried the Trader Joe’s version despite being tempted several times. I have not seen these in my local Costco stores but hope they will be sold on them.

2. JonnyPops Freezer Pops

Another frozen treat at Costco this summer are these ice pops. Packages contain 48 1.4-ounce pops in three flavors (grape; cherry; fruit punch).

I have started seeing these pops on sale at a lot of stores lately. I have looked at the website and am amazed by how many varieties the company sells. Many sound very good. I would be interested in trying these ones sold at Costco. I tend to think that I don’t like grape pops but, given that I actually do like grape juice, they might be worth a try. It may be that I always preferred cherry to grape so much that I viewed grape as “bad.” I still prefer ice cream, but, occasionally on very hot days, pops are delicious.

3. Bubbies Mochi

Yet another frozen dessert available at Costco this summer is this Neapolitan mochi. Boxes contain 18 individual bites in three flavors (chocolate; vanilla; strawberry).

I have never had mochi and am not too interested in trying it, despite hearing very positive things.

4. Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bars

An additional ice cream treat sold at Cos this summer are these chocolate bars. Boxes contain 10 3-ounce bars. According to reviews, the bars are good, largely because they are not too sweet.

I keep seeing references to Dubai chocolate but did not know what it was. I learned that it is chocolate filled with pistachio cream and phyllo dough. I was unable to to find a description of the ice cream bars but I’m guessing it is ice cream surrounded by Dubai chocolate. I like pistachios a lot but only the actual nuts themselves vs the flavor in other items.

5. Authentic Asia Mango on a Stick

Costco is also selling a frozen treat combining fruit and chocolate this summer. These frozen mangoes are dipped in chocolate and sold in boxes of eight.

I very much enjoy fruit and chocolate separately but not combined. The only time I like them together are in Chunky Monkey ice cream. Mango and chocolate does not sound appealing at all.

6. Wilde Korean Sweet & Spicy Chips

A snack for the summer are these chips,vs old in 8.5-ounce bags. Apparently, although Costco has sold the Buffalo flavor for awhile, the Korean-style chips are a new item.

Definitely not for me.

7. Fried Chicharrones Pork Rinds Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ

For those who want another Korean-style snack, Costco is selling Fried Chicharrones Pork Rinds Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ sold in 10.5-ounce bags.

Nope, not for me.

8. Fresh Gourmet Crispy Dillies

This summer, Costco is selling these pickle chips in 22 ounce bags. They are recommended for eating plain or for putting on a variety of other foods (e.g., burgers; salads; sandwiches).

I know that, a few years ago, it seemed like everything was being created in a pickle flavor. I like pickles but did not try any of these products, preferring actual pickles.

9. Drizzilicious Mini Rice Cake Bites

Another snack being sold at Costco this summer are these rice cakes. Boxes contain 32 0.74-ounce individual bags in three varieties (Cinnamon swirl; Birthday cake; S’mores).

I have mentioned these rice cakes before. The flavors sound good but I have a strong suspicion that it would be like my “seltzer and tea problem” in which I am disappointed by the lack of strong flavor.

10. Chocolate Chip Cookie Drizzled Popcorn

For people looking for a novel popcorn snack, Costco is selling this popcorn mixed with chocolate chips and cookie crumbles.

I was unable to to find much information on this product, so I don’t even know how large the bags are. The combination actually doesn’t sound good to me but it gets good reviews.

11. Selena Gomez Oreos and Double Stuf Oreos

Costco is also selling a variety pack of Oreos this summer. Boxes contain 40 individual packages (25 Double Stuf; 15 Selena Gomez) containing two Oreos each. The new Selena Gomez Oreos consist of chocolate-cinnamon wafers filled with cinnamon flavored creme and condensed milk flavored creme with cinnamon sugar pieces. There are six designs on the the cookies.

I am always amazed by the amount of Oreo varieties that exist. Growing up, I think the only regular versions were Original and Double Stuf. Around holidays, there were limited edition white chocolate coated and mint chocolate coated. I remember it being a very special treat when my friend’s mother let us buy the”fancy, covered ones.” It was a big deal when the Golden Oreos came out, let alone the other new ones (e.g., Blueberry Pie; Cinnamon Bun; Swedish Fish). About 10 years ago, I listened to a food review podcast. It seemed that each month there was a new Oreo discussed. I never loved Oreos (although those Cakesters were great) and didn’t try the new ones. However, I still liked learning about which ones were popular. Although that podcast no longer exists, the website does and I read a very positive review on it of the Selena Gomez Oreos. This variety pack sounds like a good idea because it contains a novelty along with a “safe” Oreo.

12. Mini Cupcakes

A new bakery item available at Costco this summer are cupcakes. There are two versions (white cupcakes with white buttercream frosting; chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting) sold by the dozen. It seems that these were sold at Costco in the past.

I have never seen cupcakes in the bakery but am glad they are now being sold. I like mini cupcakes a lot and trust that the Costco bakery would do a good job. My favorite cupcakes are actually vanilla with chocolate frosting but I would still be satisfied with either variety sold. I do wonder if Costco considered making a variety pack with six of each flavor.

13. Mexican Soda Variety Pack

Costco is selling a new beverage this summer with this package of sodas. There are 24 12-ounce glass bottles of two sodas (Coke; Sprite) made with real sugar.

I recently mentioned the Mexican Coke (June Buys at Costco).

14. Waterloo Variety Pack

Another new beverage for the summer is this sparkling water. The variety pack (Tropical Fruit; Red Ruby Tangerine; Guava Berry) contains 30 12-ounce cans.

I have written before about the surprising number of brands of sparkling water thR Costco sells. Again, I tend not to drink it but I know others love it.

15. La Terra Fina Michigan Cherry & Jalapeño Dip & Spread

An appetizer to buy to take advantage of a summer fruit is this dip. The 24-ounce carton contains fresh cherries and can be served with a variety of foods (e.g., sandwiches; chicken; crackers).

Definitely not for me but it gets very good reviews.

Will you be buying any of these items this summer?
