Dreams – 9/21

9/21/23:

I climbed into a shuttle van at an airport. The seats were sideways, put into slots. It got crowded and I wasn’t sure where I was going and couldn’t see outside. Then I noticed everyone was climbing out at places that looked like bus stops and I realized I needed to get out at “Greenville 5573”. I did and then I was in a giant terminal where they handed me a package. It had a blue/yellow tie-dye shirt in it that said “Big Volleyball”. I was supposed to wear it so they knew what flight I was getting on but I was already wearing a red/blue tie-dye and didn’t want to take that off so I put the yellow one over it–then I saw everyone in the terminal was wearing yellow/blue, so I thought it was all just an airline marketing scam.

9/21/22 #1:

I was in a car driving along the sidelines of a soccer match where the ball kept going back and forth down the field and then realized it wasn’t soccer but a giant foosball set.

9/22/22 #2:

I was in a pool area of a hotel in a doorway when a short black woman came up to me and asked if I was going to do the University of Oklahoma volleyball camp. I said no and began explaining Marx’s ideas on the exploitation of labor. She nodded and then we went back to my room where everything was tagged like it was a crime scene. A short guy in blue and orange [my team played a team with those colors last night] appeared in the doorway of the room wanting to shake my hand and said, “Heyyyy, buddyyyyyy!”

9/21/21:

I was strapped into a car that had cardinal and gold wires attaching the front and rear of the vehicle. The vehicle had tires angled like a triangle (so one was pointing upwards) so that if it rolled over, it would still go. I hit a button on the panel and it flashed ‘armageddon mode’. I asked the dealer what that was and he said it was used at the end of the world. I asked why it was flashing and he said ‘Because we’re there!’. Then I realized that the shape of the car was like a 1950s Formula car…or a pipe bomb but I couldn’t get out to give the car back to the dealership.

9/21/15:

I had a moustache made of water and that when I exhaled out of my nose, the heat caused my lip to sweat which caused the moustache to grow…
