Dreams – 8/23

8/23/25: I was watching athletes at a table signing papers/doing paperwork. It was color-coded based on the position they played.

8/23/23: I was asked to do research into volleyball scoring and running practice drills ‘with Fibonacci style’.

8/23/22 #1: There was a scramble in a hallway/open kitchen area. People were trying to pick something up that kept getting away from them. If someone got a hand on it, others knocked it away. I just kept backing up because I didn’t want to become part of the horde of people. I did see that they were trying to pick up a pack of golden cigarettes.

8/23/22 #2: I was in a production room the size of a closet–everything was mahogany. There was a voiceover playing saying that “Manolin” was the last living radio DJ of the 1950s but that his family didn’t like him because it was the only job he ever held.

8/23/21 #1: I was in a tour vehicle of some type going around LLCC’s campus on rails. The players were Bowie and Zoe. Zoe was quiet then talked about all the things she’d change if she was in charge. Bowie hugged her and said she was proud of Zoe for speaking up. Our vehicle had no roof. It stopped because we couldn’t fit through an underpass. A current LLCC player [I.W.] was in a rail car on the overpass and kept giving us a side-eye look but wouldn’t say ‘hi’ back to Bowie and Zoe.

8/23/21 #2: I was in an underground room cut out of rock. The designers were talking about how efficient it was for doomsday. I felt claustrophobic because you could only see rock and the steel girder/”ribs” holding the room together. The architect said “Don’t worry, we can fix that” and he hit a button that made everything look like a normal room with a window with sunshine and everything. It didn’t help. I told him “Do you think I’m an idiot?”

8/23/21 #3: I was living in the Star Trek universe and Star Fleet made a uniform change–men and women had to wear the same outfits, but instead of permitting women to wear pants, men had to wear the nylons and miniskirts of the female crew, so I had to walk around pulling down on my skirt thinking “Of course they take the stupidest route to equality” and I wondered if the admirals still got to wear pants.
