Dreams – 4/26

4/26/25: It was night-time and I was with an unknown man and Becky Myers (someone I haven’t seen since Jr High). We were in a multi-story building and we were practicing assassinating one another. When we were hunting Becky, I heard a real gunshot and realized Becky killed the other guy, so now when I went into rooms, I did it with kung-fu flying kicks and flew past the doors into the center of rooms.

4/26/24: I was at a volleyball tournament waiting for a match to finish–not sure if I was coaching or recruiting but there was a kid wearing #4 in a gray shirt with aqua number who could really hit. I ran into Jordan B. (LLCC alum) and asked how she was doing–we went out to her truck and I sat in the driver seat. She said she decided to go back to college and play ball at “River City College” in Rapid City, SD. I was excited for her–then she mentioned another person at the tournament going there and I knew it was #4. I said, “Holy cow, you’ll get to play with Ray-Ray.”

4/26/22: I was throwing touchdown passes playing Madden with a ‘throw like a girl’ button. An NFL coach saw this and asked if I knew anything about ‘Miami University football.’ He then showed me then-and-now footage from the leather helmet era and the hippie-60s and said those were the inspirations for the Madden mode I was using.

4/26/21: I was sitting in an office mall waiting for a store to open. The secretary from the US Army Recruiting station came out and handed me a piece of candy while I waited. A while later the store wasn’t open, so I went in to the recruiting area to ask a question, but was intercepted by the US Air Force people sitting behind their computers, insisting they could answer my question. The question was “Where’s the nearest US Army Base?” They shrugged and said they didn’t know but wouldn’t let me talk to the Army people. Instead I was sent to the winter Olympics to support the Army bobsled team. Their members decided to jump off a cliff into an artic waterfall/lake 500 feet below that was totally white frothy water. They wore olive-drab t-shirts with ARMY in black on the front and they wore bright red polyester shorts (of 1970s-80s preferred length) and skidded or dove down into the water. They took forever to come back up and I thought they were dead. When they reappeared, their skin was all white like Joker from the Batman comic.
