Dreams – 2/22

2/22/24: I was in an empty white space. There was no furniture, but I had dice in front of me and paper/pencil and I came up with a new, quick, abstract basketball game. Each player rolls the die once per minute of the game. On a roll of 1–no points. On a 2-3, 2 points, a 4-5 is 3 points, and a 6 is also no points. You can do one reroll in the first half and three rerolls in the second (timeouts). High score at the end wins. 2/22/23: I was playing a boardgame with friends. Erik Johnson was there, but I was suspicious–because he had black hair and moved really fast. I wanted to say something but I couldn’t make eye contact with anyone around the table.

2/22/22: I was sitting next to my dog Spike–though Spike was just a giant lump of brown fur, more like a tribble than a dog. Someone named Steve was there and kept referring to us as ‘brothers from another mother.’

2/22/21: I remember no details from the night–but for some reason, I woke up early immediately thinking about Billy Chapel/For Love of the Game with Elton John’s “Your Song” running over and over through my head.
