Dreams- 1/31

1/31/25: Jeff Arnold was standing with Maria Deniston. They were young and in high school (they don’t know each other and didn’t go to school together). Jeff was telling her the code to his locker. It was 8-8-8-9–and the 9 was there to fool anyone who thought he would just use the number 8.

1/31/23:

I was at Mom’s house in Davenport with people in my family but not my wife or children. My Uncle Helmut told me “We need to buy parade fixins’.” When he came back (which was instantly) we lined up for a parade and looked like the procession in the old cartoon Fractured Fairy Tales.

1/31/22:

I was sitting in a corner booth of a bar/restaurant with big plate-glass windows. I was wearing a winter coat. Two people come sit with me–friends. One turns out to be Jeff Arnold [who I haven’t seen this century]. I get up, go over and give him a hug. He responds by saying, “I love you, man!” like the old Budweiser commercials.

1/31/21: I don’t remember much of the dream. I was laying on grass watching a football practice. The team turned out to be the 1965 Bears with Butkus and Sayers and I thought there could someday be a movie about that team (which of course is ‘Brian’s Song’).
