Luka Donic had a breakout game for the Mavericks Last night. He dropped 73 points, a franchise record and career high. It’s the fourth most points scored in a game in NBA history. He becomes the 10th player in NBA history with 70 or more points in a game.

Though the last player to score 70 in a game happened just days before with Joel Embiid’s 70 against the Spurs on January 22, 2024.

What a way to celebrate being named a starter on the Western Conference all-star game team though by having a career game. Luka continues to build a legacy in Dallas, and I can’t wait to see where it leads.
