Day 58

No photos! 😦

We woke up early as usual and had to say goodbye to Xavier who was going to work. We drove to Geraldine for toilets and information. Not much to do around we went to do the only walk around when Jack realised that he left his boots in the camping ground. While he drove away to get them, I did the Kahikatea track and met him again to do the Matai track. Lucky for Jack, Xavier put his boots to the side for him. The walk leaded us to a big water tank surrounded by big trees. Lazy and really hot, we decided to go to Ashburton pool to wait until we could go to the rented house. Unfortunately I had my neck blocked since I woke up and it didn’t improve in the pool (even if Jack tried to massage my neck). We bought food for out 1 day and a half relaxing and had lunch at the house. I paid in cash and we entered a massive 3 bedroom house. The rest of the day was relaxed. We caught up on chats, mail, and videos. Ravioli and cider for dinner while watching Paper Planes. Jack slept in the living room as the old bed was very noisy and movement was hurting my neck.
