Here is the recording of Christian Bale’s blow-up on the set of the 4th installment of the Terminator series, “Terminator: Salvation”.  We did this for the news a couple of days ago.  The back story is, the Director of Photography in the movie, constantly moved within Christian Bale’s line of sight, which, they say is a BIG no-no in the movie industry, because the actors get distracted.  Of course the actor got so much flack for the outburst, since most people found the verbal abuse brutal and unnecessary.  People connected with the movie defended Bale and assured people that it was not typical of the actor to be so enraged, and that the only reason he was in that “zone” was because he was in the middle of an intense scene when it happened.  Therefore, he was in character when he exploded.  You be the judge.  This is replete with expletives, so if there are kids in the room, you may want to wear headsets. 😉
