Sidney Crosby hit another Milestone during last night’s game against the New York Islanders. He scored his 24th goal of the season which gives him 1,670 points for his career. This total passed Wayne Gretzky for fourth place for all time points scored for one franchise.

Despite the goal giving them a 2-0 lead the Penguins were unable to hold the lead and fell 4-2 to the Islanders giving up four unanswered goals.

The loss also ended a Pittsburgh four-game winning streak. Pittsburgh’s next game is Friday March 21st, 2025, against Columbus.
