[This news is nearly three weeks old, but I wanted to mention it]

Former Cornell setter Jillian Schulte was named among the 30 honorees still vying for the 2019 NCAA Woman of the Year award. Each NCAA division accounts for 10 of the 30 nominees. Schulte is joined in the Top 30 by fellow former Division III volleyball players Anna Kamp from Calvin and Sabrina Degnan from Occidental.

The NCAA will pare down the Top 30 to nine finalists in early October. The 2019 NCAA Woman of the Year, along with the entire Top 30, will be celebrated at a ceremony Oct. 20 in Indianapolis.
