Computerised Match Analysis Grade is in

So my marks for the Computerised Match Analysis module are all in:

Presentation:   15   /20 Essay:            54.4 /80 Overall:          69.4 /100 (Merit Level)

It is a shame that it is only 0.6% short of distinction level.  It was one of the modules that I wanted to excel in because it reflects some of the skills needed as a performance analyst.  Both modules (see blog post entry also) did have one critique in common (amongst others) : use academic language.  In this case, it doesn’t bode well that the current module in this block, Research Methods for Sports Studies, concerns the underlying theories of statistical testing and analyses.

Folks, I am ready to get my ass whooped!
