Composer reacts to Vladimir Bozar ‘N’ Ze Sheraf Orkestär – Hector ou la défaite de Martin Shin | Critical Reactions
Bryan reacts to and talks about his thoughts on “Hector ou la défaite de Martin Shin”.
Vladimir Bozar N Ze Sheraf Orkestär is a French avant-gardiste, metal and jazz band born from the union of The Children of Incention, a Frank Zappa cover band, and Jean-Paul Trash, a hardcore band with carnival music elements. This crazy band was founded in 2003 by Benouze (drums), Mina (bass, vocals, keyboards), Cyro (guitar, vocals, kazoo), Seb (violin), Djé (keyboards, sequencers, accordion) and Pedral (lead vocals).
After their formation, they went to Seattle, USA, to record some parts of their first album (the vast majority was recorded in Nice). The result of these recordings was Universal Sprache. This album was only released on iTunes.
With MySpace, they got friends with Trey Spurance (Secret Chiefs 3, Mr. Bungle) who accepted to play with them in one of their concerts, and even got them to play a lot of shows that they would not have got if it was not for him. The members of Secret Chiefs 3 accepted to record with them. Since March 2009, the album Universal Sprache is available on CD / LP.
