College Football 26 is getting ready to release on July 10, 2025. We got a couple of trailers for the game with some gameplay changes for this edition of the game.

The famous Road to Glory mode will have some changes made to it. You can choose your position and position archetype and be a high school recruit. The archetype you choose will determine your theme for the week to help with your tape score that determines your star rating. You then select four key game moments to play based on the weekly theme. This is how you showoff for coaches and earn scholarship offers.

New for this year is coach happiness. It’s a metric that is more short-term effect than coach trust and is determined by off the field actions and on the field performance. It will also work beside the new per play grade system to decide on how much play time you get and any benching, or suspensions.

A trophy room is also new for this year. You can look back on your individual and team accomplishments during your road to glory mode there.

Road to Glory players are also able to be transferred to Madden 26 and drafted to be used in Superstar mode. To make this easier they are releasing a bundle pack for both College Football 26 and Madden 26 that you can purchase both games and have a seamless transition from college to pros.

Looks like they worked to add some new features to make the College Football 26 experience better. I can’t wait to see what people think of the game when it lauches.
