Cloud9 League of Legends announced they have signed a new top lane player. Park “Thanatos” Seung-gyu has been signed from DK Challengers in Korea. He has spent the past four years in the Damwon/DK challengers/academy system.

Ibrahim “Fudge” Allami current top lane player for Cloud9 is allowed to look for opportunities with other teams but is still currently on the roster.

After making a change at head coach, it looks like Cloud9 is really committed to making changes and improving in the break between the spring and summer splits. Can it lead to improved playoff success and a trip to Worlds 2024? We shall see.
