Cleveland Baseball Team Making Name Change

S.Samek

Its the end of the Indians era in Cleveland. After the Washington Football team changed their name this past season another team will follow suite. The Cleveland baseball team will no longer go by the moniker Indians.

This has been covered a couple of times on the blog without that much changing. Though now they will be committed to actully making the change.

I just hope they pick a good name to go with this fresh start and do it quickly. I can’t stand how Washington doesn’t have a name and Washington Football team is so generic and bad. Like pick something already.

Naps and Spiders are common picks to become the new name, which wouldn’t be too bad. Though I just want to see a new name by Spring training that isn’t Cleveland baseball team.
