Director: Josh Trank

Starring: Dane DeHaan, Alex Russell, Michael B Jordan

Whilst attending a party, three high school friends gain superpowers after making an incredible discovery underground. Soon, though, they find their lives spinning out of control and their bond tested as they embrace their darker sides.

Although the found-footage genre has overstayed its welcome, this film was quite interesting and very different. A subtle supernatural start soon goes very wrong. The climax is insanely entertaining and incredibly well made! Dane DeHaan is excellent.
