Cavaliers Winning Streak Reaches Franchise Best

The Clevland Cavaliers are on a hot streak to start the season. With a 144-126 win over the Chicago Bulls in an NBA Cup game, they move to 14-0.
14 Straight wins is good enough for a franchise -record. It’s also good for the best record in the NBA and being the lone undefeated team left this season. They are 1-0 in NBA Cup games this season.
Next up for the Cavaliers is to try and reach 15 wins in a row. That would tie the 1948-1949 Washington Capitols and 1993-1994 Houston Rockets for the second longest winning streak. Golden State during the 2015=2016 season won 24 in a row to start the year and holds the current league record.
Now Cleveland hosts the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday November 17th, 2024, in their next contest. It’s the first time the two teams have met this season. Will Cleveland get the win? I think so.
