CA7RIEL & PACO AMOROSO – Live @ Coachella | Fvll Concert (2025)

From the outset, Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso brought Coachella one of its more electrifying sets among the Latin-electronic lineup. Clad in black outfits and sunglasses, they looked like rock stars descending on the Empire Polo Club, exuding swagger.

The energy was palpable: crowds that may not all have been deeply familiar with every track nevertheless moved with recognition, anticipation, joy. What could have been just another festival set felt like a statement.

They leaned heavily on material from Baño María and their newer work (including some tracks from Papota), and the setlist was tight, climactic. What stood out was how multi‐dimensional the music came alive on stage. They didn’t just rely on electronic production; live instrumentation played a big role. Horns, drums, bass — these elements added punch and texture.

Genre shifts happened smoothly: parts of the set were more trap/electronica, others more funk or groove oriented. There were moments that flirted with R&B, Latin pop, jazz touches, even humorous transitions.

Vocally and in terms of stage presence, both Ca7riel & Paco were fully engaged: showing off vocals, rapping, interacting with the audience, playfulness. They had moments of theatricality (not overly formal, more exultant, spontaneous).

In keeping with their style, there were aesthetic moments that elevated the performance beyond just the music. Audience engagement was strong: sing‐alongs, crowd response during key moments. The set “Dumbai,” for instance, was a highlight. Their costumes & look — rock stars with attitude — helped frame the show.

The lighting & staging supported the vibe: dramatic, sometimes moody, often energetic, matching the frenetic shifts in tempo or mood.
