Bring your Salesforce Reports and Dashboards in Slack
Hi! 😀
When working together with teammate or customers, the use of analytics can play a vital role in facilitating discussions. It provides valuable information and facts that aid in decision-making and enhance efficiency. You can make collaboration more effective for your Slack users by giving them access to see Salesforce reports directly from Slack. This feature enables users to access and examine Salesforce data without having to leave the Slack platform, making their work process more efficient and productive. By integrating Salesforce reports directly into Slack, users can easily monitor their important metrics and make informed decisions without having to toggle between multiple apps.
Let’s set how to set this up.

CRM Analytics app features
Easily browse, search, and view their Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
CRM Analytics app allows users to conveniently access recent and favorite items either on the Home tab or by using slash commands in their channels. The search function enables users to easily locate specific items by name, and they can also view details and snapshots of each item, as well as download them in the form of accessible PDFs. By facilitating the sharing of Salesforce data within the Slack platform, the app offers a seamless way for users to access and collaborate on their data.

Share Analytics with Your Teammates
You can share Salesforce analytics items in Slack with teammates, with a preview or without a preview. Communication with channels results in posts immediately in the channel, whereas items shared with people appears in the Messages tab of the CRM Analytics app.

Subscribe to Lightning Reports and Dashboards
Users can subscribe to reports and dashboards just like as they did in Salesforce to receive updates on a periodical basis. Users can manage(create, edit and delete) their subscriptions from within the app.

Conclusion
It can be highly beneficial for sales and service representatives to have a unified understanding of their customers. By integrating sales and service information into the Slack platform, teams can obtain a comprehensive overview of their customers, allowing them to identify their difficulties and recommend suitable solutions. This facilitates the creation of reliable, enduring relationships between teams and their customers.
