Breakfast Straw Hat

The night I was laying in bed deciding what I’d add to the next weeks menu and Texas Straw Hat popped into my mind. I kept thinking about it and decided to make it the next day for lunch. I kept wondering if I could make a breakfast version. So…….I did.

This is not only not good for you, I am positive it will put you in the cardiac care unit!

It was good but doesn’t quite match the original.

Breakfast Straw Hat

Fritos

Sausage Crumbles

Sausage Gravy

Cheddar Cheese, shredded

2 eggs

Heat up sausage gravy and sausage crumbles separately. Cook eggs with desired method.

Place a bed of Fritos on a plate, ladle sauce over Fritos. Add sausage rubles. Top with eggs and cheese.
