The Knoch senior plays travel ball along the east coast with the Mid-Atlantic Red Sox and Allegheny Pirates and became familiar with Washington through his travels and this organization being located in Maryland. “It felt like home from the start,” he said. “It’s a very great academic school and this paired with the coaching staff aided my decision.”

During his high school days, the Butler County native has become a three-year member of the Knoch High School varsity baseball program and has been named an all-section performer. He’s also played in tournaments throughout the country and most notably became an All-Tournament Team selection in a World Wood Bat Association (WWBA) tournament. In these wood bat games, he uses Moore Bats and is now a sponsored athlete by the company.

Throughout his baseball journey, some of his favorite memories are defeating North Catholic in the WPIAL playoffs, playing in a Little League travel ball tournament in Cooperstown, and playing one of the top travel organizations in the nation in the East Cobb Astros this past summer.
Heading into his final high school season, he’s excited for the final ride with some of his lifelong teammates and friends. He’s a senior captain for the Knights and hopes to help lead the team to a section and WPIAL title in 2024.
In college, Wozniak intends to major in business and is considering minors in data analytics and computer science. For now though, he’s focused on finish his senior year at Knoch on the highest notes possible. Enjoy the rest of senior year, Brady!
