Bob Sykes Bar-B-Q in Bessemer has been around forever, and for good reason. The barbecue has a good smoky flavor and the sauce is pretty good. (I like for vinegar to dominate barbecue sauces.) I limited myself to a sandwich and some Golden Flake potato chips and a Coke. I was reminded that, as The Great Man said (repeatedly), Coca Cola and Golden Flake are a great pair.
