Barbecue Park

May 25, 2014:

I usually don’t look to Rocky Mount for leadership — usually I look to places like Birmingham, Lexington, Goldsboro, Blytheville, and Lockhart — but they have produced the germ of a truly great idea: a Barbecue National Park, or at least Barbecue Enterprise Zones to serve the Nation’s many barbecue deserts like DC.
