Barbecue Butts Sale

December 2, 2014:

The Church of the Advent in Birmingham sells barbecue (whole butts). I’m not sure whether the primary goal is to raise money or to proselytize, but it works either way. Moist and with a good hickory flavor, it is proof of a benevolent Providence — or at least one of God’s tender mercies.
