Bananas Ready for 2025 Tour

S. Samek

Last night the Savannah Bananas held their city draft for the 2025 tour. Lot’s of exciting things happened during the draft. Not only were cities selected, but a new team was also announced, as was a big change coming for 2026.

The new team being added is the Texas Tailgaters. They become the fourth official team in bananaball. Exciting to see another expansion team for this season.

However, in 2026 the Bananaball Championship League is coming. This will be a six team, 60 game schedule for the right to call yourselves the champion. This an exciting step to see that the game is expanding and it’s now going to become a proper league.

I’m excited to see more bananaball in 2025. I’m also excited one of the cities chosen for 2025 was Pittsburgh and PNC Park. Can’t wait to see the spot keep growing as it heads into 2025 and beyond.
