BABY SPINACH

Well, I won’t mention the darn deer again (ok, I had to do it just a little). They will not stop me from gardening and growing what I can in pots. Don’t let it stop you either. Container gardening for people with four-legged PITAS that come there for the lunch and dinner buffet can go somewhere else to dine. Seeds are SO inexpensive, although we do spend a fortune on potting soil because I never know when to quit.  Spinach, like peas, can be planted early.  They’re tough, and super easy to grow from seed.
