ASC Predictions

I was wondering what the conferences were going to do about their preseason predictions and stuff. Well, it looks like the ASC is business as usual as they announced theirs on Tuesday. I waited a day so as not to upstage their first match of the year.

No big surprises as UT-Dallas was the unanimous choice to win the ASC East Division. The Comets have won the division 5 straight years. Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB) wasn’t unanimous as they failed to get two first place votes and let me just say I’d love to party with those two one night. No disrespect intended to Concordia or Hardin-Simmons (each received one vote), but there is nothing to think that UMHB won’t win the West for the 6th straight year. Not saying it can’t happen, but I certainly don’t have information to think they will not.

Normally, I would have done my predictions prior to this news dropping but there is just too much flux for me to wade in. Plus, I’m always wrong and let’s face it all you care about is me being wrong. So, really me not doing my predictions is on you and your poor attitude. Let’s all try to be better people moving forward. (By “all”, I mean you.) Sorry it had to come to this.
