Story on the Romanian girls

Aliya Mustafina is the current Queen of gymnastics. I can criticize her form issues and there are a lot but she continues to rule the world with this amazing difficulty. It is impressive.

Here is the thing. Her form is a mess especially on her twisting skills and that needs to be deducted a lot more then it is.

I am a bad formaphobe. It drives me crazy that at this level a simple cast to handstand can not be done with your legs and feet together. How are gymnasts not trained this way from the beginning?
