9/15: Dominican, Marian survive NAC 5-setters

The light schedule included a round of NAC matches and a few nonconference tilts.

NAC: Edgewood swept MSOE (watched it online), Marian beat Concordia Wisconsin in five, Dominican beat Wisconsin Lutheran in five, Concordia Chicago beat Aurora in four, Maranatha swept Rockford (MBBC’s Torey DeLozier went 31-5-55).

UPDATED (9/16): Greenville 3, Illinois College 2. GC came from two sets down and won the fifth, 16-14, after trailing 14-8. GC extended its home winning streak to 13 matches.

I’ll be at the UW Oshkosh Invite tomorrow, but I doubt I can make it on Saturday. Say hello if you see me: the bald, chubby guy who, if you squint real hard, looks like he could have been an athlete once upon a time. I’ll most likely be upstairs in the fieldhouse watching Wisconsin Lutheran, Ripon, UW-Eau Claire, Elmhurst, Lakeland and Martin Luther.
