Hi friends! I am so excited to bring you a class that I have been working on for the past few months. 30 Days to Better Painting is a class I dreamed up after coming out of a bad artist block. It was one of those artistic dry spells where nothing is appealing and just getting started on a painting felt hard. I was spending more time trying to decide what to paint than actually painting! If this sounds familiar my new class might be just the thing to get you painting! And, because I always want my subscribers to get the lowest price I am giving you 50% off if you use this special discount link through the end of the month.

This class is designed to be used every day for a month, but if that’s not realistic for you, you can do the lessons at a pace you like. I like a daily challenge because:

  • It helps build good habits.

  • It’s nice to block out time for something you enjoy (it’s a gift you give yourself!)

  • You can see results in just a couple of weeks.

  • It helps build confidence: If you paint every day you are a painter! No doubt about it!

  • 30 minutes is achievable most days (even if you can’t get a stretch of 30 minutes you can split it up.)

  • It’s nice to see a stack of paintings or finished pages in a sketchbook, it’s a real confidence boost!

The 30 projects in 30 Days to Better Painting can be done in acrylic, oils (including water mixable oils), or gouache so you can use what you have! I also have provided supply lists in case you are starting from scratch.

For references I am using The Color Cube/Catalog (with permission of course!) because when I was in my art block I found that pulling a card from the cube and just drawing or painting what was on the card was the perfect remedy for my artsy dry spell. You do not need this product to take the class but it is a handy tool to use for a daily painting habit!

I have found whenever I have done a month-long daily painting challenge I really see improvement in my artwork and drawing skills. I also tend to go overboard and exhaust myself because I let my art take hours to complete. The funny thing is that I find the real learning and growth take place in the first 20 minutes or so. That’s why I decided to do 30-minute paintings for this class. It gives you the most improvement for your time commitment. If you want to work on your paintings longer that’s fine but you ONLY have to do 30 minutes and I think that is very freeing!

Are you intrigued? You can learn more or enroll here. The 50% off special is only good through 6/30/23. All links in this blog post should have the coupon applied but if the discount doesn’t appear use coupon code 30DAYSLAUNCH at checkout to snag the deal! Thank you so much for your support and patience while I put this class together. I really appreciate it! Til next time happy painting and crafting!
