[Article] Results Day 1 [Junior] [Senior] [New Team thing]
All I ever wanted for Leanne was the generous US scoring everyone else got and tonight she got it. And yet it still didn’t compare to the ridiculous scoring Josc got for cheating every single leap and jump on floor and beam and Hezley got on beam and floor. I can’t even complain too much because without the difficulty Leanne is going to be left at home. The US is very lucky that there is no team competition at the next worlds. Hezley’s overscores aside Joscelyn is leading bars and I think that proves my point. I need Manila’s Start values to determine just how badly this meets top two will stand up vs everyone else.
My preview: If Hezley doesn’t fall 4 times it’s predetermined she will win which is probably why I have no interest in watching. Jayla Hang having 2 good international meets means she wins if Hezley doesn’t tank. Skye is going for the Worlds spot that will probably go to a Bars/Beam specialist. It will be interesting to see if the Josc Roberson overscores continue now that Simone doesn’t need an emotional support white girl ( It’s a joke people. Deal with it) Will update with stuff later when it shows up.
Thanks to Hart of Dixie. Here is some info.
[Schedule] Live Scoring (Scoot down) Juniors: [Live Video] Seniors are on Peacock which I don’t have. Start lists: Day 1: [Junior] [Senior] Day 2: [Juniors] [Seniors] OF COURSE, Leanne starts on beam. She’s rotating with Woga which means we will probably never see her but Harlow is also in that group. So is Skye. Skye starting on beam and then waiting the entire night to do bars is a new thing. They usually don’t do that to them. It’s usually 2 in a row. Josc starts on vault. Jayla Hang starts on floor.
I miss this girl so much. Mai Murakami was such a joy to root for. Much like Jiang Yuayuan, gymnastics needs genuine gymnasts like this to keep me interested. Not the fake USAG we get. Yesterday was Mai’s 19th Birthday. Rocio, WE’RE OLD 🙂
