2025 UFL Week One Power Rankings
S. Samek
With the return of the UFL, comes the return of the UFL power rankings. After week one which teams look good and which ones look bad.
8. Houston
They scored the least amount of points this week with six. They also allowed the second most points at 31.
7. San Antonio
They scored only nine points, while allowing 33 which was the most of any team this weekend.
6. Memphis
They lost by two touchdowns, which wasn’t great. Though they did score more points than both of the teams below them in the rankings. They also allowed less points than bottom two teams in the power rankings which is why I have them in sixth.
5. Birmingham
The offense wasn’t great only scoring 11 points. Though the defense did keep it close only giving up 18. They didn’t get beat in blowout fashion this week, but they did still lose.
4.DC
They did win which is good. However, they scored the least number of points of any winning team with 18. They also had the closest game of the week winning by just seven points.
3. Michigan
They looked solid in a week one win. Plus, they are the only USFL Conference team to pick up a win this week.
2. St. Louis
They have the best defense by points allowed only giving up six. They also have a strong offense with 31 points scored in their win over Houston.
1.Arlington
They had a great game in a blowout win over San Antonio.
