2025 PBA Playoffs Quarterfinals

The 2025 PBA playoffs held their quarterfinal round this weekend. Let’s see who will be moving on to the semifinals.

No. 1 EJ Tackett vs. No. 9 Anthony Simonsen was the first match. Simonsen won the first game 236-211. Tackett responded with a 258-201 win to force a roll off. Tackett then won the roll off 48-38 to win and advance.

No. 4 Graham Fach vs. No. 12 Kyle Troup was the next match. Troup took the first game 226-210. Fach evened it up with a 206-205 victory in game two to force a roll off. Fach would take the roll off 40-28 to advance.

No. 2 Andrew Anderson vs. No. 7 Jesper Svensson was the third quarterfinal match. Svensson won the first game 205-196. Anderson evened it up in game two with a 213-192 victory. In the roll off Svensson won 48-40 to advance in upset fashion over the higher seed Anderson.

No. 3 Jason Belmonte vs. No. 6 Chris Via was the last quarterfinal match. Via won game one 217-199 and then won game two 226-175. This advanced him to the semifinals in the only quarterfinal match that didn’t require a roll off.

Next up is the semifinals. Who will advance to the title match and the chance to win the PBA Playoff title?
