2025 PBA Elite League Update 3/21/25
S. Samek
It’s been a busy couple of weeks on the PBA Tour with the World Series of Bowling. Yet while singles titles are being decided another event is also being contested at the World Series. This is the PBA Elite League Battle of the Brands.
With four of the five title events of the World Series wrapped up, let’s see how the team standings are shaking up as we head into the PBA World Championship this weekend.
Note the four titles won already at the World Series, Viper, Shark, Chameleon and Scorpion were all standard 1X points events. Though this update also comes after the conclusion of the Nevada Classic prior to the World Series so point totals in the standing reflect that event as well.
Motiv is still in first place. EJ Tackett continues to lead them after winning the last title at the Shark championship. We will also see him in the stepladder finals at the World Championship, which is his seventh consecutive singles championship round appearance. This sets a PBA record.
Storm jumps up to second place but is still 9,000 points behind.
In third is 900 Global and they have also gone up in the rankings.
In fourth place is Brunswick which sees them fall in the rankings. Team Hammer as jumped to fifth place in the standings.
Team Roto Grip sits in sixth place but that does see them rise in the standings. Team Ebonite did drop to seventh, however they only trail Roto Grip by 110 points.
That leaves team DV8 once again in last place.
How will the World Championship shake up the team standings? Tune in to find out. Yet in the meantime Team Motiv keep the crown in the PBA Elite League Battle of the Brands.
