It’s NBA trade deadline day. With a few moves already made what can we expect today? Will it be an active deadline, or slower? Let’s take a look at some of the trade that have been made.

Jaden Springer was traded from Boston to Houston with a couple of second-round picks for a future second-round pick.

Daniel Theis and a second- round pick from New Orleans are headed to Oklahoma City for cash considerations.

The Sacramento Kings and Washington Wizards made a deal. Jonas Valančiūnas is headed to Sacramento in exchange for Sidy Cissoko and two second-round picks.

Jimmy Butler is headed to Golden State in exchange for Andrew Wiggins heading to Miami. The Jazz and Pistons are also included in the deal.

Toronto is set to acquire Brandon Ingram from New Orleans for a pair of players and a pair of picks.

The Lakers are adding Mark Williams via trade with Charlotte for two players, a pick and a pick swap. Update this trade was rescinded after a failure to satisfy a condition of the trade.

Next, the Wizards traded with the 76ers for Reggie Jackson and a first-round pick, sending Jared Butler and four picks to Philidelphia.

The Raptors then added P.J. Tucker in a trade with the Heat for Davion Mitchell.

Charlotte is making a swap with the Suns to obtain Jusuf Nurkić in exchange for two players and a pick. The Hornets also receive a pick.

Cleveland is adding De’Andre Hunter in a trade with Atlanta, giving up two players, three picks and two pick swaps in the deal.

The Hawks would then turn around and trade Bogdan Bogdanović to the Clippers for a duo of players and a trio of second-round picks.

Dennis Schröder is headed to Detroit in exchange for Utah getting Josh Richardson from the Pistons and K.J. Martin from the 76ers.

The Raptors are also set to add James Wiseman in a trade with the Pacers.

The Bucks and Clippers are making a deal with Kevin Porter Jr. headed to the Bucks for MarJon Beauchamp.

The Wizards weren’t done yet as they made a trade with the Grizzlies and Kings. The Wizards get Marcus Smart and a first-round draft pick from the Grizzles and Alex Len and a second -round pick from the Kings.

The Grizzlies received a pair of second-round picks, and the Kings obtained Jake LaRavia from the Grizzlies.

Looked to be a pretty active trade deadline. Could this mean a shake up in the standings during the second half of the year? Will the deals propel teams to higher seeds, or even into the playoffs from outside the cut?
