The NBA Draft is coming in June. Prior to that is the NBA Draft lottery to see which team gets the top pick.

Three teams all tied for the best odds in Utah, Washington and Charlotte. Each have a 14% chance at the top pick.

New Orleans has a 12.5 percent chance to get the top pick. Philadelphia has a 10.5 % chance to select first.

However, it would be the Dallas Mavericks who ended up winning the lottery. They had a 1.8% chance of winning the lottery. Those are the fourth largest underdog to win the draft lottery.

San Antonio has the number two pick. Philadelphia climbed to the third pick. Charlotte got the fourth pick, while Utah rounds out the top five picks.

Washington will select at six, followed by New Orleans, Brooklyn, Toronto and Houston in the top ten.

With that lottery win Dallas has the opportunity to draft Cooper Flagg a forward from Duke.

Dallas seems to be getting quite lucky as the Dallas Wings drafted at number one in the 2025 WNBA draft, now the Mavericks join them in selecting at number one in the 2025 NBA draft.

The NBA draft first round is June 25th, 2025. Tune in for future coverage and to see who gets selected at number one.
