2025 MSI Round Four Winners’ Bracket

The MSI winners’ bracket finals aka round four takes place today. Let’s preview the action and make some predictions as to who the first team will be to reach the finals and play for an MSI title this year.

The matchup is an all LCK round with Gen.G facing T1. This is the first matchup of the whole MSI tournament with teams from the same region facing off.

Gen.G took down G2 3-1 in their opening round match, despite dropping the first game to the LEC second seed. In round two they went the distance with a five-game series with Anyone’s Legends. They prevailed 3-2 to advance to this round.

T1 was challenged a bit in their opening series that went to five games against CFO Flying Oyster. They won 3-2 to advance though. Then they swept rival Bilibili Gaming 3-0 to advance to this round.

Gen.G is now just a series win away from a chance to defend their 2024 MSI title. They also look to continue their 21 consecutive series winning streak.

T1 is looking to get back to the finals for the first time sense 2022 where they were runners-up. They have finished third in 2023 and 2024. The loss in 2024 came to Bilibili Gaming in the semifinal match.

So, with regional pride on the line who will represent the LCK in the 2025 MSI finals?

I’m predicting a 3-2 series with T1 winning. Though it also wouldn’t surprise me if this is just a preview matchup for the finals. It is highly likely that the loser of this match wins the semifinal match and gets another shot at the championship.
